Subculture: seed out at about 1 x 10⁶ cells/ml; maintain at 0.5-1.5 x 10⁶ cells/ml, split 1:2 to 1:5 every 2-3 days​​​​​​​
Incubation: at 37 °C with 5% CO₂
Doubling time: about 40 hours​​​​​​​
Harvest: maximal density of 1.5-2.0 x 10⁶ cells/ml​​​​​​​
Storage: frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO
